LEGAL · DISCLAIMER

Disclaimer

Effective July 13, 2026. This Disclaimer applies to the CodeCheck Pro public early-access website at codecheckpro.com, related landing pages, sample materials, and early-access communications. The Website is operated by CodeCheck Pro LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

1. Early-Access Status

The Website is a Phase 1 early-access and marketing site. It is intended to introduce CodeCheck Pro, collect early-access interest, and provide limited illustrative information. It is not the full CodeCheck Pro product application and does not currently provide a complete upload-to-report workflow, paid service, account dashboard, or production report delivery system.

2. No Professional Advice

Information on the Website is for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, insurance advice, engineering advice, public-adjusting advice, estimating advice, or a final code-compliance determination. You should consult qualified professionals, official authorities, policy documents, and applicable laws before relying on any code, scope, claim, or coverage position.

3. No Guarantee of Claim Outcome

CodeCheck Pro does not guarantee that any insurer, adjuster, public adjuster, contractor, reviewer, authority having jurisdiction, or other party will accept a code citation, approve a claim item, modify an estimate, issue payment, or reach a particular outcome. Actual claim outcomes depend on policy terms, facts, documentation, site conditions, applicable law, carrier review, and other factors outside our control.

4. Code and Jurisdiction Information

Building codes, local amendments, ordinances, enforcement practices, permit rules, and jurisdictional requirements can change and may depend on project-specific facts, dates, scope, and authority interpretation. Any Website description of code-related analysis is high-level and should not be treated as a complete or final code determination.

5. Sample Report

Any sample report or report excerpt displayed on the Website is an illustrative fictional sample and is not a real claim, real property, real insured, real carrier file, real code determination, or legal conclusion. It is provided only to show the type of output CodeCheck Pro may produce. Do not rely on the sample for any real property, project, claim, estimate, supplement, or dispute.

6. Market Availability

CodeCheck Pro is rolling out market by market. Submission of an early-access form does not guarantee access, support in your location, report availability, response time, or service eligibility. We may prioritize markets, users, and pilot requests at our discretion.

7. No Estimate Writing or Public Adjuster Replacement

The Website should not be read to mean that CodeCheck Pro writes estimates, replaces a contractor, replaces a public adjuster, negotiates claims, acts as legal counsel, or acts as the final authority on coverage, scope, pricing, or compliance. CodeCheck Pro is intended to support documentation and code-citation review, subject to product availability and applicable limitations.
